Service Description

Join us for a deep & enriching cultural and mindfulness course! We will explore all three types of Bharatanatyam movements in depth, learn about its everyday applications, dive into India's deep cultural history & the role of Bharatanatyam today. Not to forget, we will focus on developing choreographic skills in order to further practice emotion regulation mindfulness practice. 1 hour workshops, meeting 4 times a week will be offered with access to additional home practice supplements.
